Hey everyone!
I know we said we'd post once a week and such and realize this is a little longer then a week but here's one! We are starting to narrow down our list of must haves for Mech-A-Pult. Of course me always being ambitious decided to add a feature that created a wave of reprogramming of the store system. So lets get into the updates.

POLISHING & ADDED FEATURES
I know I said it about two weeks ago but we are to the point where we are polishing the game and adding some must do's before we launch. This really means we are just using all the data we are receiving from our beta testers and just playing with some numbers. Most of our Beta release updates have had some sort of minor behind the scenes fixes many of you have probably not noticed but the suggestions based on those updates have stopped. Which is good! Much of the work has been cosmetic, from the main menu overhaul, to the gameplay itself we have been hard at work to make it look a lot better. For anyone that hasn't seen the ridiculous main menu pictures yet here are the two we currently have.
As you can see these are absolutely ridiculous and funny! We are not going to shy away the stupid and funniness of this game we are embracing the fact that its not graphically stunning and we are poking fun at it ourselves!
As for the actually gameplay we have finally added our iOS support thanks to Anthony. So for all you Apple product holders I can happily say you will be able to play Mech-A-Pult the same day it launches on Android! Obviously baring any complications with our submission that Apple doesn't like. Along with all of that both Game Center and Google Play Game Services are integrated into the game as well as a fully functioning Everyplay system. For those of you that do not know what Everyplay is check out their website: https://everyplay.com/browse. Just for a short little sidebar on it, Everyplay is a system where you can record and share your gameplay footage right in game and not have to leave the game. It uses their servers to upload them to their website along with your social media account, if you so choose.
Finally as of last night we decided we wanted to implement "helper" boosts into the game for launch to help people earn their gear faster. We are in the process of adding both Double Experience and Double Gem boosts! Let me elaborate, while you are playing you will notice that you can purchase all different kind of items from the store to attach to Spencer. Some items you will like better then others and for that may not purchase them. This means you will have a strong stockpile of gems and nothing to do with them, but you may want to buy an object that's 4 levels ahead. Well now those extra gems you can buy a permanent Double Experience boost. Now its not going to always be active. Each level has the number of runs it will stay activated and then have a cooldown of X amount of runs until you can activate it again. For those of you that actually read this I will give you a tip that I will not repeat again. Get to level 5 for booth boosts, you get more bang for your buck. This also goes for the Double Gem as well.

FINALIZING
With much of the game being done we don't have much to do, as I stated before, I am beginning to develop our launch trailer which will be the first thing everyone will see when we go live! Also we have brought on a designer finally! Our sound engineer, Tyler, brought on one of his friends who is outstanding at art and he is going to be rebuilding our assets over time which will be released with each update after launch.
Also remember everyone, we have a ton of post launch material planned too! So don't hesitate to comment and leave what you would want to see in the game! We are completely open to any and all ideas!
That is all for now!
